1. Service Overview

Judeslog.com is a digital platform designed to connect two types of users world wide:

  • Users: Individuals or businesses with garbage that needs to be collected.
     
  • Drivers: Independent truck owners or operators who pick up and transport garbage to approved dump yards.
     

 

2. Roles and Responsibilities

2.1 For Users

  • Users can create a pickup request through the App once their garbage is ready.
     
  • Pickup requests are automatically sent to nearby drivers one at a time.
     
  • Once a driver accepts the request, the user will be notified, and the driver will proceed to the pickup location.
     
  • Users must ensure that garbage is accessible and accurately described during the request.
     
  • Payment must be made through the App using the available payment gateway.
     

2.2 For Drivers

  • Drivers will receive pickup requests based on proximity and availability.
     
  • Upon accepting a request, drivers must follow the in-app map route to the user's location.
     
  • Drivers are responsible for collecting the garbage and transporting it to the nearest approved garbage dump yard.
     
  • Drivers receive payment through the App and can request payout to their registered bank account.
     

 

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments from users are processed via Judeslog.com’s secure payment gateway.
     
  • Users must ensure sufficient funds are available before placing a pickup request.
     
  • Payouts to drivers will be made to their bank accounts upon request, subject to standard processing timelines.
     
  • Any applicable service fees, taxes, or transaction charges will be clearly displayed within the App.
     

 

4. Conduct and Usage

  • Users and drivers must act professionally and respectfully at all times.
     
  • Misuse of the platform — including fake requests, non-collection, or harassment — may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban.
     
  • All parties must comply with local waste disposal laws and environmental regulations.
     

 

5. Location and Data Usage

  • The App requires access to your location to function properly.
     
  • By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your location data for matching and navigation purposes.
     

 

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
     
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
     
  • Disrupt or negatively affect other users or the platform
     

 

7. Disclaimers

  • Judeslog.com is a platform provider and does not own or operate trucks or dump yards.
     
  • We are not liable for missed pickups, delays, or any disputes between users and drivers.
     
  • While we strive for quality and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
     

 

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted within the App and on our website. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
